Buying our Products Making a purchase from Knitbliss Yarns could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘shopping cart’ or the large orange tab at the top right hand side of the screen where you can check your items and postage costs. (For UK orders P&P is £2.90 on all orders below £40, orders over £40 qualify for FREE postage) If everything looks okay then you can proceed to click the ‘checkout’ button. Next you will be asked if you want to fill in details as a ‘guest’ or ‘register account’ after this you will be able to add any comments you wish to make regarding your order. You will then be led to the payment page where we can use either Sage Pay or PayPal to process all our orders. Sage Pay securely accepts payment by most major Credit Cards, and UK Debit Cards.
When you receive confirmation of an order from us it is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email to notify you that your order has been processed and despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our payment processers that a transaction may be 'high risk' or possibly fraudulent.
Knitbliss online store attempts to be as accurate as possible. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order and are displayed at the checkout stage once a shipping destination is entered.
Free UK postage is currently offered on orders over £40.00. These orders will be despatched first class by Royal Mail.
Overseas orders are shipped using Airmail small packet.
Delivery Schedule We only sell from stock so orders are dispatched within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. At extremely busy times, i.e. after public holidays we will despatch your order to you within 2 working days after payment has been cleared.
We use Airmail Small Packet for all our overseas deliveries which are not trackable. 'Airsure'/'International Signed For' can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us for further details if you require this service.
Credit Card Security Orders placed on our website are processed by Sage Pay (www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy) or PayPal who act on our behalf. We do not have access to your card details.
Returns All of our products come with a 14 day guarantee. If you're not 100% happy with your order just return it to us in its original condition, suitable for re-sale for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery as we can only refund items which we have received back.
In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order i.e wrong goods sent or damaged or faulty in someway, we will be pleased to issue a full refund for the order and original postage cost. Alternatively you may wish to receive replacement items in which case these will be sent out by return free of charge. We ask that you return the faulty or incorrect goods within 14 days via second class recorded delivery and we will refund your postage costs.
All refunds will be made via the original payment method. Refunds will usually be made within 7 working days of return of the goods being received

Under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven working days upon receiving any goods to cancel your order. Where you exercise this statutory right to cancel, we will fully refund the price paid for the goods. The refund will be paid to you once we receive the goods in re-saleable condition. In all cases of cancellation, the notification to us must be made in writing (e-mail counts as writing) within seven working days of you receiving the goods and should include the order number and details of the claim. Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it. The goods must be sent with their original, undamaged packaging and the original invoice.
